Which job task will you struggle most with and how do you foresee yourself needing to be supported in that area (ex. forgetful in contacting small group every week; will need to be reminded)?
3. One of the biggest parts of the TIC Mission Team is investing in the lives of the middle school and fellow high school students and making them feel welcomed and loved by you and the larger group. In what specific ways do you plan to do this?
4. As a TIC Mission Team member, your job is to help middle school and fellow high school youth to become more committed disciples of Jesus Christ. To do this, you must model that you are a disciple. How do you think you live as a disciple of Jesus?
5. By signing this form, you acknowledge that your role as a TMT member is to:
· Attend the TIC Mission Team training and planning retreat
· Attend the Uprising every month and lead small groups, give talks, plan activities
· Provide relational ministry by contacting your small group every week
· Plan at least one small group gathering a month
· Assist in planning and promoting the Uprising and KRIC
· Attend TIC at all times possible

DETAILED MINISTRY DESCRIPTION
TIC MISSION TEAM
PLANNING/IMPLEMENTATION OF THE UPRISING
- Meet with Travis and Rebels once a month to plan the Uprising
- Assist in giving talks and preparing Rebels to give testimonies
- Assist in planning games, prayer, skits, and activities
- Assist in the promotion of the Uprising and Camp KRIC
- Lead small groups with 8th grade leadership team
KEY PROVIDER OF MENTORSHIP FOR REBELS
- Mentor the two 8th grade Rebels in your small group
- Meet with them at least once a month for coffee, ice cream, etc. and model for them about faith/living as disciples
- Examples of things you can do: go through a book of the Bible together; have question/answer where they can ask you questions beforehand and you, with the help of Youth Ministry adults, prepare answers; talk about life and give them advice on struggles; share with them your own faith and how you are living as a disciple
PLANNING BI-MONTHLY SMALL GROUP GATHERING
- Along with your 8th grade Rebels, plan an event for your small group to attend
- Examples of events: 8:30am Mass and breakfast on a Saturday; attend a school play and get ice cream afterwards; go to a movie; go hiking; have a pizza party at someone’s house; go to Adoration together and then hang out
WEEKLY CONTACT WITH SMALL GROUP MEMBERS
- Coordinate with your 8th grade Rebels to contact each member of your Uprising small group once a week
- Examples of Contacting Youth: text; call; write an affirmation letter and mail it; drop off cookies at their house; send notes into their school
